Owner Charlie Ingle specializes in wood floor deep cleaning, polishing & professional maintenance.
We offer traditional, custom paste waxing of hardwood floors or can machine clean & spray buff your hardwood, engineered, laminate or LVT flooring.

How Often Should I Have My Floors Cleaned?
It really depends on how much traffic you have in your home, pets, etc. We recommend service once a year, though we have some clients that love the look of a freshly cleaned and polished floor and will have their floors cleaned 2 or 3 times a year.
Our deep cleaning service is the safest, quickest and easiest way to remove dirt, grime and build-up on your hardwood floors. This process will help to preserve and keep your floors looking beautiful.
Our specialized equipment and neutral pH cleaner will remove embedded dirt and soil that can cause scratches, extending the life of your floors finish.

It depends on the size and amount of square feet we are doing, but most jobs are completed in two to four hours.
Not at all. When cleaning or polishing, we move around small pieces of furniture, clean under them and then move them back. Large pieces, like wall units and such stay where they are. Usually we curl back large area rugs and clean to within a foot or two under them. You can move out the furniture if you like, but it is not necessary.
Price to deep clean and spray buff your wood floors is usually around 70 cents per square foot. Price to paste wax and polish starts about 80 cents per sq ft. If your floor is dry, a little worn or needs any stain or cosmetic touch-ups, those services are extra.
